TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer Period and Eligibility

Offer valid from December 4, 2025, through June 30, 2026 ("Offer Period"). Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding R.I.), the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of purchase.

How to Qualify

To receive a Mastercard® Virtual Reward Card ("Reward"), purchase at least one (1) qualifying Valvoline Heavy Duty diesel engine oil product(s) or pack size(s) ("Eligible Products") during the Offer Period. See chart below for Eligible Products. Purchase(s) must be made in the 50 United States (excluding Rhode Island), the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands at: (i) an Advance Auto Parts store location (including Carquest locations); (ii) online at https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/; (iii) any AutoZone store location; or (iv) online at https://www.autozone.com/ (each a "Retail Partner Location").

Limit six (6) Rewards per Unit Size per household during the Offer Period, for a Total Maximum Reward Amount of $270:

• Up to six (6) Rewards for Valvoline Part Nos. 909766, 909776, 909772 and/or 773780 (1 GA Unit Size; maximum Reward Amount of $60);
• Up to six (6) Rewards for Valvoline Part Nos. 909782 and/or 881172 (2.5 GA Unit Size, Maximum Reward Amount of $90);
• Up to six (6) Rewards for Valvoline Part Nos. 891025 and/or 8844940 (5 GA Box Unit Size, Maximum Reward Amount of $120).

For clarity, a household may qualify for one (1) Reward per qualifying purchase across one (1) or more separate qualifying transactions; a separate submission is required for each transaction. For purposes of this offer, a "household" is defined as persons living at the same residential address.

How to Redeem

To redeem, complete the online form with your full name and e-mail address, and upload your dated receipt(s) at https://promotions.valvolineglobal.com/HeavyDutyRebate. Receipts must clearly show the Eligible Product(s) purchased and the Retail Partner Location where purchased along with the date and time of purchase. NOTE: For purchases made on a participating retailer's website, the purchase receipt with the order confirmation/order number, as well as the shipping confirmation or final delivery/pick-up receipt is required. All submissions must be received by July 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). If redeeming for multiple qualifying transactions, you must submit a separate form and receipt for each transaction. Sponsor may deny or partially fulfill requests as applicable. Allow up to eight (8) weeks after receipt validation for email delivery of a Mastercard® Virtual Reward (issuer terms may include expiration dates or fees as permitted by law). Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor disclaims any liability for technological failures/errors/malfunctions in conjunction with receipt of Reward (if request is validated). If multiple qualifying submissions are validated separately, Rewards may be delivered in separate e-mails. Sponsor may require additional documentation (including proof of identity/address, UPC images, or proof of delivery) to verify eligibility and compliance. Illegible, altered, mechanically reproduced, or duplicate receipts, or submissions with incomplete or inconsistent information are void.

Additional Terms

No substitutions, cash redemptions, returns, or exchanges of the Reward(s) are permitted. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount. Any consumer return(s) or exchange(s) of Eligible Product(s) purchased (in whole or in part) voids offer as transaction will no longer qualify for receipt of Reward; in such case, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold Reward (or void Reward if already issued) or deduct the value of the Reward from any refund due to such consumer. Reward is issued by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license by Mastercard®. Reward(s) are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including any expiration dates or fees as permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without notice. Sponsor is not responsible or liable if any receipt(s) or form(s) are garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, or otherwise defective, and may deny or partially fulfill submissions as applicable. Sponsor is not responsible for any technological failures, errors, or malfunctions affecting participation in the offer and/or in conjunction with receipt of Reward(s). Any costs incurred for mobile data or internet usage to participate are your sole responsibility. Any fraudulent activity will void the offer and may result in legal action. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms, and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the offer. Void in R.I. and where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates and agents from any claims or liability arising out of participation in the offer and/or receipt or use of a Reward, except where prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
