OFFICIAL RULES

To enter the Valvoline at Advance Auto Parts VIP RACING EXPERIENCE Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you ("Entrant") must agree to and abide by these Official Rules ("Official Rules").

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.), AND PUERTO RICO. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGTHEEN (18) YEARS (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER) AND LOCATED IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, D.C. OR PUERTO RICO AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR THE PRIZE EVENT ON DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR CURRENTLY ANTICIPATED TO BE ON OR AROUND OCTOBER 16 – OCTOBER 20, 2025.

1. SPONSOR: VGP Holdings, LLC ("Sponsor"), 100 Valvoline Way, Lexington, KY 40509.

2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, New York 12498.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry are: (a) a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico (collectively, the "Territory"); and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, Advance Auto Parts, Inc. ("Advance"), AMR GP Limited , and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren, and step relationships of the foregoing, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void outside Territory (including without limitation U.S. Territories other than Puerto Rico and U.S. military bases) and where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

*AMR GP Limited is not responsible for administering this Sweepstakes or selecting the winner.

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), May 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, May 28, 2025 ("Entry Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. Administrator’s designated computer is the official clock for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways (each an "Entry"): 

Method #1: Purchase Entry ("Purchase Entry"): During the Entry Period purchase any five (5) quart equivalence (that is, either 5 [1] quart units OR [1] 5 quart unit) of eligible Valvoline oil products at any Advance Auto Parts locations in the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico or on https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/ ("Eligible Products"). See Rule 5 below for a list of Eligible Products. After completing your purchase, navigate the Internet to https://valvolineglobal.com/vip-race-experience ("Website") and follow these steps:

1. Complete the entry form including your full name, email address and phone number.
2. Upload a copy of your proof of purchase (i.e., cash register receipt or online invoice clearly showing the Eligible Products purchased and the quantity of each, the Advance location at which the Eligible Products were purchased, and the date of purchase.

To complete your Purchase Entry, click the "Submit" button on the Website. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or Administrator of a Purchase Entry. Receipt of Purchase Entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor or Administrator as to eligibility of an Entry or Entrant and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator.

In submitting a Purchase Entry, you represent and warrant that the purchase included as part of your entry was a legitimate, bona fide purchase for your personal use as a consumer. "Shill" or token purchases will not result in Purchase Entry and may constitute tampering/fraud as per Rule 9 below. In addition, purchases made by business entities for company use will not count as Purchase Entries.

IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES BY MEANS OF A PURCHASE ENTRY OR WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES, SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE AND SPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICY.

Purchase Entry will NOT be valid if (a) the proof of purchase is corrupted, inaccessible, garbled, unreadable, not genuine, jumbled, irregular or otherwise unacceptable; (b) the Eligible Products purchase was not made during the Entry Period; (c) the proof of purchase is not included at time of submission of the entry form (piecemeal or partial submissions will not be accepted); (d) the Eligible Products were received in exchange for the return of other product(s); or (e) the retailer identified on the proof of purchase is not an Advance location/website. Any attempt to forge a proof of purchase will not result in Purchase Entry and may constitute tampering/fraud as per Rule 9 below. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, improperly recorded (or not recorded at all) or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.

Method #2: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entry Without Purchase of Eligible Product ("Mail-In Entry"): To enter without purchasing Eligible Products, handprint your full name, city, state, email address (REQUIRED) and phone number on a 3"x5" postcard and mail it in a #10 sealed envelope with the proper postage affixed to: Valvoline at Advance F1 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 400, Social Circle, GA 30025-9998. Envelopes must be postmarked by May 28, 2025, and received by June 4, 2025. No photocopies, limit one (1) entry per mailer, facsimiles, or mechanically reproduced Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for Mail-In Entries that are, for any reason, late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or have insufficient postage.

Purchase Entry and Mail-In Entry may be collectively referred to herein as "Entry" or "Entries."

FOR ALL TYPES OF ENTRIES:

Limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of Entry method. Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this entry limit will void all such Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified.

You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor (https://www.valvolineglobal.com/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy/) and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if online Sweepstakes entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.

5. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS VIA PURCHASE: Below is a list of Advance’s SKU Numbers and the quantity of Eligible Product needed to be purchased to receive one (1) Purchase Entry.

6. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: Potential winner ("Winner") will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period via a random drawing conducted on or about June 5, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):

ONE (1) PRIZE ("Prize") is available to be won. Prize winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to Austin, TX to attend a major motor racing competition (the "Event") currently scheduled to take place October 17-19, 2025 (collectively, the "Trip"). Trip includes: 3-Day Main Grandstand Tickets for the Winner and their Guest (Event will be held at a race track in Austin, located at 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Del Valle, TX 78617) ; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at an Austin, TX area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip economy air transportation for two (2) from major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to Austin, TX area airport (as selected by Sponsor); one (1) VIP Experience for Winner and Guest (exact details of VIP Experience to be confirmed by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and $2,500 cash or cash equivalent. There is no retail value associated with the VIP Experience portion of the Prize. ARV of Prize: $8,800.00.

The ARV of the Prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The actual value of the Prize may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of hotel rates and air fares. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Prize will not be awarded.

All applicable U.S. federal, state and local taxes (including, but not limited to income and withholding taxes, sales taxes), as applicable on or connected with claiming the Prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the total fair market value of the Prize. In conjunction with such tax reporting requirement, Winner will be required to provide their Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number via IRS Form W-9.

TRAVEL MUST OCCUR ON OR ABOUT OCTOBER 16, 2025 – OCTOBER 20, 2025 AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. WINNER AND GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO ATTEND EVENT; IF WINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE AT SUCH TIME FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITHOUT COMPENSATION AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED (TIME PERMITTING).

If Winner chooses to accept the Prize without a Guest (or if Guest does not return Release of Liability/Publicity Release, Winner will only receive Prize in increments appropriate for themselves and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. Without limitation, Winner will only receive one (1) admission to the Event and VIP Experience.

If the guest of the Winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence^[a], the Winner must be their parent or legal guardian. Guest (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the Prize Claim Documents requested of Winner, or guest portion of the Trip will be forfeited and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Prize upon the results of a background check on Winner and their Guest. Winner and their Guest agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Prize (and/or, allowing Guest to accompany Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of Winner and/or their Guest would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its products, Advance Auto Parts, Inc., AMR GP Limited/Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team(including, by way of example only, commission of a felony, an act of insurrection or any act of moral turpitude). Winner and their Guest further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.^[b]

The VIP Experience portion of the Prize is subject to additional restrictions to be provided to Winner and their Guest prior to Trip. By way of example only and without limitation, participation of drivers on the Aston Martin Aramco Formula OneTM Team is subject to their availability and not guaranteed. Any meeting with drivers on the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team will be supervised by representatives of Sponsor and/or AMR GP Limited. Participating drivers on the Aston Martin Aramco Formula OneTM Team will be selected by Sponsor and AMR GP Limited in their sole discretion. Such drivers may or may not in their sole discretion (a) autograph items for Winner and their Guest; or (b) pose for photographs/recordings with Winner and their Guest (i.e., "selfies"). Any such meeting with drivers may not be recorded by Winner and their Guest without permission of Sponsor, AMR GP Limited and the corresponding driver and such permission may be withheld without liability of any kind. Any such meeting may not be exclusively for Winner and their Guest and may be recorded by Sponsor and/or AMR GP Limited without further notice or compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to change the dates of the Trip period, or any other component of the Trip, for any reason and in its sole discretion. All components of the Trip must occur on consecutive nights. Winner and their Guest must travel on the same itinerary. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor/Administrator’s agent. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate Prize Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the Prize Winner’s/Guest(s)’s residence and any airport of origin, ground transportation while in Austin, TX, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance (health, travel, medical), laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, local and long distance telephone calls, taxes, incidental expenses, and any other charges or items which are not expressly included in the Trip. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled or discontinued at any time. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates (as applicable). Prize elements may not be separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or used for commercial purposes. Once Guest is selected by the Winner, Guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason.

Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Depending on airport of origin, flight(s) may not be direct. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the Prize; if an unauthorized stopover otherwise occurs, the Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged to Winner from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once hotel accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance and use of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence if any component of the Trip, including flights, are cancelled/delayed/postponed or unavailable for any reason, and Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any element of the prize not accepted or used by the Winner will be forfeited (including if Winner and/or their Guest chooses not to attend one or more days of the Event).

Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which include a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Should Winner live within reasonable driving distance of Austin (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel component of Prize will be replaced with ground transportation (or stipend in an amount of Sponsor’s sole choosing to be used for ground transportation) and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/Guest.

Winner and their Guest must at all times during the Trip (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner (as determined in Sponsor’s/Event personnel’s sole discretion) including complying with the Event’s Code of Conduct and Safety/Security policies. In the event the Winner and/or their Guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor’s (or its affiliates’) property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Event, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or their Guest home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of themself and their Guest related to any use or misuse of the Prize or any Prize-related activity or travel. There may be specific state or government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for all visitors to the Event. Winner and their Guest are solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place for travel to and visiting the destination and premises leading up to and during the planned stay. Such restrictions and requirements are subject to change.

Winner and their Guest are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid REAL photo I.D., credit card, etc.) before departure. Government-issued photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry, damage, and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). Winner and their Guest must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of four [4] nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel and hotel room caused during the hotel stay by Winner and their Guest). Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. If Winner and their Guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and provided that no prize elements have been used, an alternate Winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries (time permitting).

The Trip is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsor. Winner and their Guest will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Trip that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Trip will be forfeited. In the event Winner is able to take the Trip, but the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 5-day/4-night trip to Austin, TX).

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Administrator will attempt to notify the Entrant selected as the potential Winner by email and/or phone on or about June 5, 2025. To be determined the Winner, selected Entrant will be required to complete, sign and return within five (5) business days of date of attempted notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, the necessary paperwork for a background check, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within five (5) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any Entrant that Sponsor is unable to resolve, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Purchase Entry or the e-mail address indicated on the Mail-In Entry, as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

9. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. and X Corp. (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the Prize  (or any portion thereof).

By entering, Entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winner's List (if applicable) without compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OFFERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the award of the  prize  shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the applicable state or federal court in Lexington, Kentucky; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Kentucky or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

12. WINNER'S LIST: For the first name, last initial, and city of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit postage on return envelope) to: Valvoline at Advance F1 Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Probability, PO Box 400, Social Circle, GA 30025-9998. All such requests must be received by June 30, 2025. Limit one (1) request per outer mailing envelope.
